Abstract

Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) menjadi penyebab terjadinya COVID-19 yang mengakibatkan penurunan fungsi tubuh manusia. Setelah dinyatakan sembuh atau negatif dari COVID-19 gejala yang berkepanjangan disebut dengan Long-Covid. Long-Covid didapati setelah dinyatakan sembuh sampai rentang waktu enam bulan. Gejala Long-Covid yang timbul memiliki beberapa variasi mulai dari gejala fisik, psikologis, dan sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran karakteristik dari gejala Long-Covid yang dialami oleh mahasiswa keperawatan di satu Universitas Indonesia bagian Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisa data univariat. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa keperawatan angkatan 2019 di satu Universitas Indonesia bagian Barat yang telah terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 pada Januari-September 2021 dan telah dinyatakan sembuh dengan jumlah 62 orang mahasiswa. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mahasiswa keperawatan di satu Universitas Indonesia Bagian Barat sebagian besar merasakan gejala Long-Covid yaitu 88,70 % (55 orang) dengan karakteristik sebagian besar gejala fisik mudah Lelah (61,81 %), gejala psikologis trauma (41,81), dan gejala sosial diskriminasi (7,27 %). Gejala lain yang dirasakan adalah flu dan batuk, gangguan penciuman dan perasa, serta kerontokkan rambut. Diharapkan pada penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengkaji gambaran karakteristik gejala Long-Covid dengan metode kualitatif atau cohort.
