Abstract
Latar Belakang:Layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas adalah tuntutan penyedia pelayanan kesehatan dimasa global. Kesehatan yang berkualitas bisa dicapai melalui kerjasama, menurut World Health Organization, pembelajaran terpadu
berbasis kerja sama media merupakan interprofessional education. Pendidikan interprofesional (IPE) melibatkan pengajaran antar mahasiswa dari banyak displin ilmu profesional kesehatan asal latar belakang pendidikan yang tidak sinkron salin berinteraksi dan bekerjasama satu sama lain. Untuk membangun dan memajukan promosi kesehatan, pecegahan, pengobatan dan program rehabilitasi. Interprofessional Education (IPE) diperkenalkan untuk memfasilitasi kolaborasi antara mahasiswa kesehatan sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Rumah sakit, lembaga akademik, dan komunitas lokal adalah tiga konteks dimana ide pembelajaran interprofessional education dapat digunakan. Tujuan:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis interprofessional education sebagai upaya mengembangkan kemampuan perawat untuk
bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan petugas kesehatan lainnya. Metode: metode pencarian data yang digunakan dalam
tinjauan sistematis ini menggunakan empat database utamaya itu google search, google scholar, Science Direct, dan
PubMed dengan pencarian jurnal dari tahun 2019 sampai 2023. Hasil: analisis dari 10 artikel menunjukkan bahwa Interprofessional Education efektif dalam menciptakan tenaga kesehatan yang professional dan mampu meningkatkan
kemampuan dalam berkolaboratif. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan kajian pustaka yang disitasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa
interprofessional education merupakan suatu metode untuk memperkuatdan meningkatkan keterampilan serta kompetensi kerjasama antar tenaga kesehatan yang professional, agar mampu bekerja sama dan mampu meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan
