Abstract
Latarbelakang: Pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan banyak perubahan di berbagai sektor kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Proses pembelajaran di Indonesia dilakukan secara jarak jauh untuk mengurangi pertambahan jumlah kasus COVID-19. Namun, pembelajaran jarak jauh ini menjadi salah satu penyebab stres di kalangan guru, khususnya guru taman kanak-kanak yang muridnya membutuhkan interaksi sosial secara langsung. Guru memerlukan resiliensi yang baik untuk dapat melalui kondisi penuh stressor ini. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran resiliensi guru pada masa Pandemi COVID-19. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penellitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Serengan Surakarta pada bulan Maret-April 2021 dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian adalah convenience sampling dengan sampel 73 responden yang merupakan guru taman kanak-kanak (TK). Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner resiliensi yang sudah valid dan reliabel. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis univariat. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini, resiliensi guru TK selama masa Pandemi yaitu 38.4% resiliensi rendah, 56.2% resiliensi sedang dan 5.5% resiliensi tinggi. Kesimpulan: Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak di Kecamatan Serengan Surakarta selama masa pandemi Covid-19 sebagian besar memiliki resiliensi tingkat sedang dan hanya Sebagian kecil yang memiliki resiliensi tinggi. Komunitas guru perlu mendapatkan promosi kesehatan guna meningkatkan resiliensinya seperti teknik manajemen stres serta strategi penyelesaian masalah.
